Are you a Kingdom Entrepreneur?

In all of the things I had accomplished in business, I found myself constantly thinking, "Why do I feel so empty inside?" That was the most prevalent thought that used run through my mind day and night in my twenties. I just couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong, and then my whole world came crashing down. And I discovered who I truly am, and what my purpose is here on this earth. And finally I cracked the code to fulfillment and happiness and I've never felt empty inside since.

Want to know the secret?

Simply put, it is my faith. At this point, for a person like myself that's experienced a lot in life and had many successes and failures, I know deep in my heart that there is a force greater than all of us that is orchestrating this thing called life.

An area where I have been focused in the past few years is aligning myself internally to build the strongest core in order to rebuild my life. And I have chosen to build my faith as the foundation of my life. To me, this is the Universal Truth and I have accepted it as truth so I pressed into it daily to be my best.

Along the journey, I have been guided from within to be my highest self. And because of that I am focused in helping kingdom entrepreneurs and coaches be their best.
So, what exactly is a kingdom entrepreneur or a kingdom coach? Well here are some quick identifiable points:

Servant Leadership  -  having a heart for service and being a role model of serving everyone else as the leader. Most people have this backward and think that the leader should be served when in fact it is the duty of the leader to serve.

Giving Back  -  be aligned with a cause greater than yourself and your company. Find ways to contribute to giving back and making the world a better place.

Always Adding Value  -  in every situation finding the true win-win deal and always putting every effort into adding value in every environment and opportunity encountered, regardless of what is in it for them.. Not worried about what they can get, just focused on what they can give.

Be A Positive Role Model - for how business can and should be done. A great way to do this is to practice the moniker, do unto others as you would have done unto you. So much of business can be very cutthroat. Especially when people say don't take it personal it's just business, as though that is an excuse to be immoral, unethical, and downright nasty. When in fact business can be conducted in a healthy, above-board manner where everyone can benefit and gain in each situation.

This is not an all-inclusive list, but rather an introductory experience.
I recently had the honor of speaking about Kingdom Entrepreneurship on the Biz Help For You podcast. Here's a link to the show so you can check it out and gain a better understanding of what Kingdom Entrepreneurship is all about.
