Who are you?Aug 06, 2021
I have a question for you, do you know who you really are deep in your core? Come on, don't just breeze over this, take a moment and close your eyes and ask yourself this question. Then just ponder it for a moment while focusing on your breath. What is your identity?
Identity is a process of self-discovery. It’s not just about what we do, but also how we feel and why. We can be whoever we want to be with the right tools and support. And that starts with knowing who we really are at our core.
Knowing who we truly are at our core takes work and dedicated effort, and most importantly, self awareness. And it's not just a one-time thing, we must practice self awareness daily to remind ourselves of who we truly are because society and social media attempt daily to convince us of something different.
You deserve to have an identity that reflects your true self – not one that was created by others or society’s expectations for you. That’s why it's important to get in touch with your authentic self before anything else - so you can live life on your own terms, without limitations or limiting beliefs holding you back from being the best version of yourself possible!
One of the most powerful ways to get to know your true self is to take time alone in nature with your journal and your creator while meditating. To really boost your results, try adding fasting and breathwork to the protocol to really connect with your highest self.
Another powerful way is to join the Step Zero 3 Day Challenge and reboot your system to activate a powerful framework. Whatever you do, just do something, because something is always better than nothing. So go ahead and break through procrastination and analysis paralysis and dig within this weekend to better know and love your true self!
Do you know your true identity? I'd really love to know your secret for self-discovery, leave a comment and tell me about it!
